Tokyo Revengers has been performing very well on the weekly charts. The plot has several ups and downs but has won everyone’s heart. It has also made fans worry about the ending. Although Takemichi is the main character, other characters have caught our attention, and one of them is Mikey.

The article may contain spoilers from various sources. Avoid reading if you haven’t read the manga.

Mikey has the ability to see through people, and that’s how he met Takemichi in the first place. Mikey is the leader of the Tokyo Manji gang. He is a really good fighter and therefore he is strictly against gun fights. On various occasions, he has never advised the Tokyo Manji gang to use weapons no matter how difficult the opponent may be.

Over time, Takemichi has proven his loyalty to the Tokyo Manji group. Therefore, he has also developed a close bond with Mikey and Draken. Although Takemichi’s only goal is to save Hinata, how will the plot end for the rest of the Tokyo Manji group members?
Over time, Tokyo Manji relies heavily on Takemichi’s honesty and how he fearlessly fights to change the present.

According to the manga, Hinata is saved and Tokyo Manji dissolves. However, one person is missing for a happy ending in the present. When everyone opens their letters in the present, only one person is missing from the Tokyo Manji gang meeting.

In the present, Takemichi is about to marry Hinata. However, after opening the letters, Takemichi realized that he was not the one who saved everyone from the hands of Tetta Kisaki or any other demon leading all the children from corruption in the present. It was Mikey who saved his close from the likely bitter end.

Takemichi can’t accept the present where Mikey is involved with the corrupt gang in Tokyo. He is determined to return, however, the handshake with Hinata’s brother no longer works because he already got the purpose of time travel, which is to save his sister.

He therefore goes to meet Mikey, even though he warned him not to meet him in the present. The encounter was followed by Mikey shooting Takemichi and himself jumping off the roof. However, Takemichi takes his hand and asks him to say that he wants to be saved. Mikey admits that he is not happy and wants to be saved. Holding hands with Mikey transfers Takemichi to the past, where Mikey made a deal that none of the people close to him will come to harm if he serves the current best gang with his strength.

With Takemichi’s uncompromising nature that we’ve seen so far, we know that he truly cares about saving everyone in the future. He has also shown it with his action and saved Hinata from dying. Saving Mikey will not be easy as the group formed after Tokyo Manji disbanded is made up of the best fighters. Therefore, the gang only gets stronger in the future.

The ending is not guaranteed to be happy, and there may be lives committed to saving the closed ones. However, it is up to Takemichi how much he is willing to negotiate for a stable future or how he can prevent things from ending badly.
