When will Dr. Stone season 3 premiere? This anime series is one of the most anticipated shows on Netflix. This science fiction anime series was produced by Riichiro Inagaki. The show aired for two seasons from July 5, 2019 to March 25, 2021, with the first season consisting of 24 episodes and the second season consisting of only 11 episodes.

The story revolves around a little boy who woke up from a 4,000-year-old coma. Future 5738 AD is the setting for this adventure story. All living beings on the planet were rendered inert by some enigmatic light. The young scientist Senku, on the other hand, has woken up after a long nap and is now on a mission to bring the 7 billion people on the planet back to life.
Also, he’s finding out what’s going on with the petrifying light. We were all disappointed with the show being canceled after the season 2 finale as we were looking forward to seeing more of this suspenseful drama. As a result, we are looking forward to the release of Dr. Stone Season 3.
What has happened so far in Dr. Stone?
A strange life causes the earth to petrify 3700 years in the future, which is when the anime takes place. However, Senku Ishigami, a 15-year-old prodigy, finally woke up from his long sleep and began to investigate petrifaction. They did more studies on petrifaction and came up with a chemical containing nitric acid that could easily resurrect anyone. Tsukasa Shishio, a well-known high school martial artist, and Yuzuriha Ogawa, Taiju’s high school crush and classmate, are soon revived thanks to the pair. After that, the four team up to help restore each other’s lives. Tsukasa, on the other hand, is quick to expose his true philosophy, resurrecting only the youngsters.
The Return of Dr. Stone, Season 3
The announcement of a third season came shortly after the second season concluded. Dr. Stone season 3 may release in the summer of 2022. We saw Senku put Tsukasa into cryogenic sleep at the end of season two until he was able to find a fairy to cure him.
Also, the young scientist informs his colleagues of his upcoming trip to South America. Since Byakuya, Senku’s father, discovered in the first season that petrifaction originated in South America, this is an important revelation.
